About Mark A. Schneider, Esquire

Mark A. Schneider graduated from St. Thomas University Law School in Miami, Florida in 1991. After serving in the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office, he opened up a private practice in Forked River, NJ. Since then, he has represented more than 10,000 defendants in Municipal and Criminal Courts. He has served as both a Municipal Prosecutor and Public Defender. Mr. Schneider has been appointed to serve as the Attorney for Municipal Land Use Boards, Local Boards of Health, Charter Study Commissions and Economic Development Commissions. Mr. Schneider represents a number of business owners including contractors and developers.

In 1980, Mark A. Schneider received a Master’s Degree in Public Administration (MPA) from Rutgers University. In 1978, he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Seton Hall University.

Prior to opening his legal practice in Ocean County, Mark A. Schneider served as an Assistant County Administrator in Ocean County, as the Township Manager for Gloucester Township, Camden County, as the Director of Business Management in the New Jersey Department of Human Services, and as the Facilities Planner for the New Jersey Department of Treasury, General Service Administration.
